Disco HI-TEC Europe at B2Run 2017 in Munich

The business run B2Run takes place annually in Munich’s beautiful and famous Olympia Park, where the Olympic Games took place in 1972. 30 000 runners participated in the after work event, representing their company. The distance is 6,1 km through the streets of the park past Munich’s famous landmarks like the BMW World and Olympia Tower.

At DISCO HI-TEC Europe, we established a running team to perform at the B2Run. The fun factor and exuberant atmosphere were of course the central point. Still, the motivation was great due to perfect sunny weather, team spirit and focusing the finish line in the legendary Olympia Stadium. The supporters did a great job motivating us to give our best, especially at the last meters. In the end, the results of the team exceeded expectations by far, so that we can be proud of our fit and ambitious DHE team. After the run, we could enjoy some fruit and alcohol-free Bavarian beer for regeneration and got rewarded with our well-deserved finisher medals. We are already looking forward to participating next year again.
